Welcome to www.vendito.com and the Vendito mobile application. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") carefully, as they govern your access to and use of the Vendito online platform (the "Platform"), owned and operated by Vendito Company for Commission Trade and Agent, registered in Kuwait under license number 2022/5662, with its registered office at Capital Governorate, Sharq, Block 6, Ahmad Al-Jaber Street, City Tower, 12th Floor, Office 44.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the User Agreement between you and Vendito ("we", "us", or "Vendito") for your use of the Platform, including its website, mobile applications, and related services and tools.
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Vendito's Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy"). If you do not agree, you must not access, register, or use the Platform.
The Privacy Policy and all other linked documents referenced herein form an integral part of this User Agreement.
Vendito is an online marketplace that allows users to offer, sell and buy just about anything in a variety of listing types and selling formats. Vendito is not a banking/financial service, nor a traditional auctioneer nor an auction house.
Any guidance we provide as part of our Services, such as pricing, delivery, listing, and sourcing is solely informational and you may decide to follow it or not. Also, while we may help facilitate the resolution of disputes through various programs, Vendito has no control over and does not guarantee:

Vendito may, at any time and at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or withdraw your access to the Site for any reason, including breach of this User Agreement.
Membership on the Site is free. Vendito does not charge any fee for browsing.
The fees we charge for using our Services are listed on our selling fees page. We may change our fees from time to time by posting the changes on the Vendito site 14 days in advance, except when changes reduce fees or are part of a temporary promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD). You must pay all fees payable to Vendito (and any applicable taxes or charges) within 30 days of the date of any invoice issued to you by Vendito.
When you provide content using the Services, you grant Vendito a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable right to use that content for the operation and promotion of the platform.
You represent that you own or control all rights to such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. Vendito assumes no responsibility for content provided by you or any third party.
All content included on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of Vendito, its users, content suppliers, or licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property laws.
"Vendito" and related logos are trademarks of Vendito and may not be used in connection with any product or service not owned by Vendito, or in any way that discredits Vendito. All other trademarks appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners.
Vendito may contact you using text messages or calls for account notifications, dispute resolution, or customer service. By providing your contact details, you consent to such communications. Vendito may monitor or record communications for quality assurance or security purposes.
Return policies are determined by each vendor. Buyers should review the return and delivery policy listed under each item before purchase. Most purchases are covered under the Vendito Money Back Guarantee if an item does not arrive or is not as described.
Vendito provides the Site and its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind. Vendito makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vendito shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site.
If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release Vendito and its affiliates from all claims and damages arising out of or connected with such disputes.
You agree to indemnify and hold Vendito, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, loss, or liability arising out of your breach of this User Agreement or violation of any law or rights of a third party.
If any dispute, claim, or controversy arises in connection with this User Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it amicably within 30 days of written notice.
This User Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the State of Kuwait. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the State of Kuwait.
If any clause is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This User Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Vendito and supersedes any prior agreements. The Arabic version of this Agreement shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy between translations.
