Our goal is to make Vendito an electronic marketplace based on trust and safety. To achieve that, we take action to protect our buyers and vendors through our money back guarantee.

If the item you received arrived damaged, doesn't match the description, or if it's the wrong item, you're covered under our Money Back Guarantee. You can return it even if the vendor's returns policy says they don't accept returns or exchange.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to report issues, and it's preferable to contact Vendito. We will communicate with the vendor, and the vendor has 3 business days to resolve the issue. We will take care of the entire return process until you receive a full refund.

When you contact the vendor for a return, the vendor has 3 business days to reply with one of the following options:

  • Accept your return request and offer a full refund - You must return the item in the same condition you received it, and the vendor will give you a full refund, including the original delivery charge. The vendor will also pay for return delivery. If the returned item has been used by the buyer, is damaged, missing parts, or is damaged during return delivery because it wasn't packaged correctly, the vendor might deduct from the refund to cover the loss in the item's value.   • Offer you a partial refund and let you keep the item - This can be a good compromise when you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, but you're happy to keep it.
  • Offer you a replacement or an exchange - Some vendors may offer the option of returning an item for a replacement or exchange instead of a refund.
  • Contact you - The vendor may ask you for some additional details about your return request. Messages must be sent through the messaging system provided on the website.
